Kosha - Sheath (covering of the soul)
The five koshas, or sheaths, surround the inner soul: the physical (food) sheath, the energy sheath, the mind sheath, the intellectual sheath, and the bliss sheath (innermost). These koshas serve as a map, guiding you to an awareness of all layers of your being. By becoming conscious of these layers, you can understand their interactions and begin to unlock their powers and gifts.
The Bindu Chakra is a vital center for health, providing the power for physical and mental healing. This chakra enhances eyesight, soothes emotions, and promotes inner harmony, clarity, and balance.
The process behind the "Bindu" series involves nourishing my heart and soul with cherished memories, intention, and awareness. Through this artwork, I hope you can understand the turmoils, raise positive vibrations, and calm negativity. "Bindu" is my attempt to thank the higher power for the gift of life, turn inward, calm and claim oneself, work towards unity with the almighty, and respect the power within.
